Michael Awosemusi is the founder of Empowerment Financial Advisors and loves leading this team of professionals. He offers a unique background as a Financial Advisor, with experience in Corporate and Commercial Banking, and Economic Development Advisory.

The most rewarding part of his career is his relationship with his clients. When Michael began his career in banking, the aspect he most enjoyed and still loves today is sitting at the table educating and assisting clients with financial solutions and the ‘win-win’ it produced.

In his leisure time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, especially his young son. After sustaining an injury playing soccer, his first passion, Michael transitioned to becoming a runner. He has run nearly a dozen 5Ks to date!
